500 gram ikan patin, potong 3 bagian
10 butir bawang merah
5 siung bawang putih
10 buah cabai merah
garam dan gula secukupnya
2 cm jahe
2 sendok makan air asam jawa
2 buah tomat masing-masing dipotong 4
1 sendok teh gula jawa
2 lembar daun salam
2 cm lengkuas
2 tangkai serai, dimemarkan
daun pisang
